Leadership Training

The Deans Department organizes the Student Training Program (STP), which is designed to prepare students for leadership in specific areas of service at NTBI.

We believe God’s Word instructs believers that leaders are to disciple potential leaders (2 Timothy 2:2) and we bring this to life by personally inviting upperclassmen who show leadership qualities and desire to be part of this program.
